Our peak call-times are between 9:00am-11:00am. Apologies if you cannot get through right away! Try calling outside of these times and alternatively, if this is a non-urgent issue, you may leave a voice message after 2:00pm for our staff to phone you back the next 2-3 working days.

Our voicemail machine is turned on after 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday but turned OFF over the weekend. 

Office doors are open from 9:00am-4:00pm for appointments Monday-Thursday

On Fridays all three doctors work in other locations and therefore clinic doors are closed on Fridays.
